The service of the owner is very terrible and it sucks big time! He had the bloody nerve to argue with me (the guest) when it was his bloody problem. I believe that as a guest I should get the priority in my explanation and instead of hearing me out that caucasian idiot had the nerve to rebut and counter-argue instead of listening to me. If his stupid villa's toilet had some issue with the latch and lock then it is his shitty problem. He has no right to fault me for no mistake of my own. The owner had better learn to mind his mouth and mannerisms. I'm the paying customer here! He had better learn to watch his bloody attitude!

Bad customer service by the shit owner. That bloody caucasian fellow has to learn basic customer etiquette and mind his stupid mannerisms. I believe customer is 100% right in every aspect and learning to be TACTFUL instead of REBUTTING would be a key aspect to serving guests better. That owner fellow needs to learn this and bear in mind to be more COURTEOUS and EMPATHIC towards guests who enquire about things pertaining to the villa. After all, we paid a bomb to lodge here even if it is just for a few days. Better learn to respect guests!!!
